At The Indian Wedding Club Udaipur, we understand that wedding plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair while considering the commitments made to venues, vendors, and other service providers.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Your cancellation request should include:
- Booking Reference Number
- Full Name
- Wedding Date
- Contact Information
- Reason for Cancellation
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The stage of planning at the time of cancellation
- Payments already made to wedding venues or vendors
- Customized services that have already been arranged
- Any non-refundable deposits or third-party charges
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative charges and vendor cancellation fees.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services may be non-refundable once confirmed:
- Venue reservation deposits
- Hotel booking deposits
- Decoration and floral arrangements already ordered
- Catering advance payments
- Photography and videography bookings
- Makeup and styling appointments
- Entertainment bookings
- Transportation reservations
- Customized wedding planning services already completed
- Government taxes or mandatory processing charges
Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your wedding date, venue, guest count, or any booked services, please contact us as early as possible.
All changes are:
- Subject to availability
- Dependent on vendor approval
- May involve additional charges
- Subject to revised pricing where applicable
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested changes.
Force Majeure
The Indian Wedding Club Udaipur shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Fires
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- War
- Civil disturbances
- Vendor insolvency
- Other force majeure events
In such situations, we will work closely with our clients and vendors to reschedule services or provide suitable alternatives wherever possible. Any refunds will depend on the amounts recoverable from the respective service providers.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be initiated. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Vendor Cancellation Policies
Many wedding services are provided by independent vendors, including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and hotels. Each vendor may have its own cancellation and refund policy.
The Indian Wedding Club Udaipur will coordinate with the respective vendors on your behalf; however, refunds are subject to the individual terms and conditions of those vendors.
Our Commitment
We always strive to provide flexible solutions whenever possible. If cancellation cannot be avoided, our team will make every reasonable effort to minimize financial loss by coordinating with venues and service providers for alternative dates or suitable arrangements.
